Order status

Signed-in customers can see linked orders under My orders. Guest or all orders: use Track order with your order ID and checkout phone number.

Returns & payments

If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us right away with photos. Follow the payment instructions on your order confirmation (bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or cash on delivery). For COD, inspect when possible before paying the courier. Return eligibility follows brand policy and our team’s assessment.
